The agreement
Terms of sale
What you are agreeing to at checkout, in plain sentences.
Who you are dealing with
Orders are placed with Velora Society directly. The trading address is 36/1 Nanda Nagar Main Road Near the syndicate Bank, near canara bank, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452011, India. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. The address below is our business and order fulfilment address.
Orders and pricing
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed when we send the confirmation email, and that email is the point at which the contract is formed. All prices are in Indian Rupees and are for the goods themselves. Any delivery charge is shown before you complete checkout.
Listings are prepared from supplier information. Where an obvious error appears in a price or a specification we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full within 5-7 business days rather than ship against it.
Specifications
Specifications, materials and measurements are reproduced from the supplier. We do not add a figure the supplier has not given. We can help you compare an item with the specifications listed, but we cannot guarantee a piece will suit a particular space or purpose.
We do not offer an additional warranty through our store. Where a warranty is stated on a product page it applies on its own terms.
The limit of a stated figure
Age bands printed on a garment label are the manufacturer’s own and are not standardised across makers. We reproduce the label and do not convert between sizing systems, because a converted size is a guess.
Your responsibilities
Your side of it: address and phone number correct, parcel inspected when it arrives. Our text and images are not for reuse, and our goods are not to be resold as another brand’s.
Where liability sits
Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. Where permitted by law, our liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.
Governing law
This agreement runs under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023). Subject to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules that apply, courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh will hear any dispute.
