Following a parcel
Track your order
What each reference is for, and when each one starts to exist.
The two references
Order ID
- Issued by us on your order confirmation email
- Use it in any message to us
- It exists from the moment the order is confirmed
Tracking number
- Issued by the courier once the parcel is collected
- Use it on the courier website
- It does not exist until dispatch, which is 1-2 business days after ordering
How to check where your order is
- Handling. For the first 1-2 business days the order is with us being picked and packed. There is no tracking number yet, and that is normal.
- Dispatch. Collection triggers the tracking email. After that the parcel is in the courier network for 3-9 business days.
- Past the estimate. If the parcel has passed 4-11 business days from the order date, write to [email protected] with your Order ID and your order email and we will chase the courier.
What is normal for these parcels
Light parcels are the ones most often left with a neighbour or a security desk. If tracking shows delivered and nothing arrived, check there first — it resolves most of these within an hour.
