What we accept, what we do not, and why your invoice has no GSTIN on it.
Accepted payment methods
How payment works
We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery. We do not accept credit or debit cards, and no card details are taken or stored on this site.
The delivery line is simple: nothing over ₹999, a flat ₹49 below it, always shown before you commit.
A note on this catalogue
Parents ordering for a newborn often want the parcel to arrive before a due date. Paying by UPI at checkout starts the handling clock immediately, where a COD order sometimes waits on an address confirmation call.
GST and your invoice
On tax: Velora Society is not registered for GST. Our turnover is below the applicable GST registration threshold, which is why registration has not been taken. It follows that GST is not charged separately at any point in the order, and that we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN — we have no registration number to put on one. What you see on the product page is the price of the goods, with any delivery charge shown before you complete checkout.
Payment problems
Where money leaves your account and no order appears, give us the UPI reference. Where an order is paid twice, the second payment comes back within 7 business days once verified.
