Why the range looks like that
Add handling of 1-2 business days to transit of 3-9 business days and you get the 4-11 business days printed above. Nothing is rounded in our favour. It is an estimate rather than a promise. In practice a strike, a festival week or a monsoon day adds time to the far end of the range.
There is one dispatch point, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and two carriers behind it — India Post and a private courier — chosen by destination.
In the carton
Every garment is sealed in its own polybag inside the outer carton, so a scuffed box never means a marked sleeve.
Baby clothing is light, which makes it cheap to send and easy to lose in a large carton. Every garment goes into its own sealed polybag, and multipacks stay in the manufacturer’s wrap so a returned pack can still be sold as a pack.
If a parcel is damaged in transit
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the parcel and its contents. An unboxing video is strongly recommended and makes a claim much easier to settle. We review what you send and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
